- Vendor check-ins and confirmation of expectations + their plans for set-up and tear down
- Comprehensive timeline for all of your wedding events
- Exclusive tools, budget and checklists
- Monthly progress check-ins
- Attendance at applicable vendor consultations
- Invitation stamping, stuffing and mailing
- Hotel room block assistance
- Additional event assistant on-site
- Ceremony rehearsal coordination (up to 60 minutes)
- Wedding emergency kit
- Set up stationery, signage and simple decor
- Helping to pin on boutonnieres and distribute other floral
- Lighting of any candles at your ceremony and reception
- Assist photographer with staging
- Provide instruction for your hosts, ushers, and wedding party attendants
- Facilitate the wedding party down the aisle
- Transport small items to and from the ceremony and reception
- Bustle wedding gown
- Coordinate grand entrance into the reception with DJ or emcee
- Assist and cue the cake cutting, toasts, and special dances
- Collect and deliver gifts and keepsakes to a pre-arranged location
- Ensure all vendors receive your final payments as needed
