  • Set up stationery, signage and simple decor
  • Helping to pin on boutonnieres and distribute other floral
  • Lighting of any candles at your ceremony and reception
  • Assist photographer with staging
  • Provide instruction for your hosts, ushers, and wedding party attendants
  • Facilitate the wedding party down the aisle
  • Transport small items to and from the ceremony and reception
  • Bustle wedding gown
  • Coordinate grand entrance into the reception with DJ or emcee
  • Assist and cue the cake cutting, toasts, and special dances
  • Collect and deliver gifts and keepsakes to a pre-arranged location
  • Ensure all vendors receive your final payments or gratuities, if needed
