Maddie and Evan’s love story began on the campus of the University of Northern Iowa, where their paths crossed often, thanks to mutual friends and shared interests. “Evan ran track, and I played soccer at UNI, so we had a lot of friends in common and frequently ran into each other at parties,” Maddie recalls. What started as casual encounters soon grew into something much deeper, as their connection blossomed into love.
