Korinne’s sister, who happened to be her future maid of honor, was already a seasoned member of the Hawkeye Marching Band. She invited Korinne and a friend to a band party, promising an unforgettable evening. This gathering marked the fateful intersection of Lee and Korinne’s lives. As Korinne arrived at the party, she was introduced to Lee. He wasn’t just any college student; he was a junior and a fellow member of the Hawkeye Marching Band. Both shared a love for music, specifically the alto saxophone. The connection between them was instant, sparked by their shared passion and the enthusiasm of the Hawkeye community.
