An Elegant Thanksgiving Weekend Wedding at The Ritz Carlton in St.Louis, Missouri

Katie and Luke met in April 2017 at a mutual friend’s wedding! Luke lived in Chicago, and Katie lived in St. Louis, so they dated long-distance. Katie knew it was different with Luke (in a good way) pretty early on in their relationship. But given her personality, she only let herself think he was the one once he, unprompted, moved to St.Louis in December of 2017. Luke says he knew it was serious the second time he went to St.Louis to visit Kate, She thinks he was being sweet, though.

Their engagement story is as chill as they are. Luke proposed to Katie on October 2nd, 2021, in their favorite park where they take their dogs.

It Runs In the Family

We originally met Katie at her younger sister’s wedding, where we helped plan and coordinate her big day. Katie knew that she had to have Soirée and Wedding Planning Associate, Dacey, to help execute her special day. Katie knew she wanted to plan most of her day. with her friends and family, and she needed help with timeline creation and weekend-of assistance. The Essentials Package was the best option for her day.
