Jillna & Sam’s Wedding at hotelVetro in Iowa City, IA

We coordinated Jillna & Sam’s wedding this past May. These photos from our friends at CTW Photography were absolutely stunning, and we are so excited to share the images. The couple was incredibly fun to work with and you can tell by these pictures the effortless love they share.

On Saturday, May 20th, 2017, Jillna and Sam wed at Hotel Vetro in Iowa City. The nuptials were held in the E.W. Lehman ballroom that features an entire wall of windows overlooking downtown Iowa City, allowing a beautiful natural light to come in. The windows had a curtain filled with flowers by Tiffany from Studio Bloom, which set the stage for a light and beautiful ceremony. Jillna looked absolutely stunning; her dress had her sparkling in front of the backdrop!

Cocktail hour approached, and with the help of Hotel Vetro’s staff, Soirée and the team completely flipped the ceremony set up into a wonderful gold and blush masterpiece for the reception. The room was filled with the most perfect floral by Studio Bloom and beautiful candles from Spielmans. We also cannot forget about the cake located in the middle of the dance floor, made beautifully by HyVee.

The night was filled with dancing, laughter and love for Jillna and Sam Claus. There even was a surprise performance from The Mod Project, a dance group based in Chicago, who absolutely rocked it! It was like nothing we have ever seen before.

Jillna and Sam’s wedding is a perfect example of the event magic that happens when the right vendors are pulled together for a common goal. The event turned out better than we could have expected! Thanks to everyone involved!
