A letter to our clients: The COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear clients,

We are thankful that you have chosen Soirée, and we want to do our best to make sure that we follow through with the trust you have put in us. In light of CDC recommendations of no more than 50 people gatherings held in the U.S. over the next eight weeks, we want you to know that we are taking everything very seriously and here to support each and every one of you.

Review your vendor contracts to understand the scope of your commitment. We want all our couples to have the wedding they’ve dreamed of and here to help you make that happen. That could mean a variety of compromises, changes, or postponement of your celebration. We hope that this doesn’t happen, but just like anytime we have an outdoor ceremony – there is always a plan b!

We’ve recommended this before, but please seriously consider purchasing special event insurance, even if your wedding isn’t during the next eight weeks. Also, I’ve been researching and gathering information on some alternative methods for events. I have found professionals to live-stream your celebration to those friends & family who choose not to attend. They even have robotic cameras operated remotely by an off-site technician to keep the number of people attending in fewer numbers.

We are here to find solutions and support you through this difficult and scary process. We also will continue to host virtual meetings and correspond over email & text when possible. Thank you all so much for your understanding and patience. We want to keep all our couples, employees, and vendor partners safe & healthy during this challenging time.
